What $150 covers

The tent
10×10 tents. Last year, three. This year we're hoping for four. Raised, lit, and taken down for you.
The decorator
Entrance, lounge, bar, backdrop, balloons — the whole look, not a balloon arch you have to tape up.
The food
Caterer, the spread, and the people who put it out. You eat. You don't cook.
Drinks
What's on the bar is part of the night. You don't bring a cooler to keep the class going.
Speakers and lighting
Sound and lights so it feels like a night, not a parking lot. Already in the $150.
Setup and breakdown
Crew before you get there. Crew after you leave. Folding chairs at 10 is not your problem.
The jersey
Optional. Skip it and you only make two payments. Want it? Your first payment has to be in by August 31. Ordered once it's paid for.
If anything's left
Savings stay with the class and carry toward the 2027 twenty-year reunion in Atlanta. Nothing is divided or refunded.

You don't decorate. You don't cater. You don't raise a tent. You show up.

Hats are optional — not in the $150. Extra $10 for the snapback if you want one. Skip it if you don't.

$150 is the night with the jersey — tent, decorator, caterer, food, drinks, speakers, lighting, setup, breakdown, and the jersey. Skip the jersey and you only make two payments.
The hat is optional — skip it if you don't want one. Extra $10 for the 07 snapback. Not in the $150.
Girls can add a skirt if they like. Optional. You buy it yourself on Amazon — not through the class, not in the $150.
A jersey is only ordered once it is paid for. No exceptions, no back-ordering.
Nothing can be ordered until the jersey color and hat color votes close. You can start paying before then. Production cannot.

Missing a date doesn't cancel your RSVP. If you want the jersey, it delays the order.

Unused funds stay with the class and carry toward the 2027 twenty-year reunion in Atlanta. Nothing is divided or refunded.

What does $150 cover?+

The whole night so you just show up. Tent — they run 10×10. Last year we had three. This year we're hoping for four. Decorator and the Game Day build. Caterer, food, and drinks. Speakers and lighting. Setup crew and breakdown crew. The jersey if you want it — skip it and you only make two payments. If you want the jersey, first payment is due August 31. If anything's left, it stays with the class for the 2027 Atlanta reunion. Hats are optional and extra — $10 for the 07 snapback. Not in the $150. Skirts aren't in it either — girls who want one buy it themselves on Amazon.

Do I have to get a hat?+

No. Hats are optional. Nobody is ordering you one unless you say yes. It's an 07 snapback, $10. Skip it if you don't want one. If you do, the class still votes one color for everybody — navy, royal blue, or white.

Do the girls have to get a skirt?+

No. If you want one, you can add it. You buy it yourself on Amazon — separately. Not through the class, not in the $150. Skip it if you don't want one.

Is the tent the same size as last year?+

No. A tent is 10×10. Last year we had three. This year we're hoping for four — same lot, one more square. The drawing is four 10×10s in a row.

Will the tent and jerseys look exactly like the pictures?+

No. The boards are conceptual. We're building that look. What's in the tent and on the jerseys is not guaranteed to match the drawing down to the last balloon or stitch.

How do I pay?+

Peer to peer, straight to Vanshayla, the class treasurer. CashApp, Zelle, or Apple Pay. This site never takes a card. You'll get the handles after you send your RSVP, and again in the confirmation email. Put your full name and which installment in the payment note so she can match it.

Do I have to get the jersey?+

No. If you don't want the jersey, you only have to make two payments. If you want the jersey, you must make your first payment by August 31. A jersey is only ordered once it's paid for.

Do I get the jersey color I picked?+

You didn't pick a jersey color. You voted. Majority wins, the whole class wears it. We announce results Monday, August 24, 2026.

What if I can't make 2:30?+

Come when you can. Arrival is open, not required. If you got a jersey, have it on.

I'm not coming in October. Should I still RSVP?+

Yes. We ask about the class reunion first, then Alumni Weekend. If you're only going to Atlanta, that's all we ask. If you're not going to the reunion, we skip those questions. Either way, you can get on the mailing list.
